It was at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Las Vegas, one of the largest trade shows in the world!

In Laurel's own words:

"We just happened to be walking by and caught the tail end of the line of people waiting to meet them before they shut down their meet and greet.  We were shocked by how tall they were, and I think they were equally shocked by how short we were. 

They thought we were sisters, which we get a lot."
